Eligibility

Customers must be legally able to use the requested service and must not be located in a restricted jurisdiction or act for a sanctioned party.

Quotes and execution

Rates, fees, and settlement timing are confirmed through the workflow. A displayed route is not a final transaction until approved and accepted.

Wallet responsibility

Customers are responsible for correct wallet addresses, network choices, private keys, recovery phrases, and security credentials.

Restricted conduct

Fraud, sanctions evasion, unlawful transfers, market abuse, false data, and attempts to bypass controls are prohibited.
